Spirit Industries WARRANTY POLICY
Spirit Industries guarantees their parts to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Spirit Industries liability is limited solely to the replacement of or repair to the defective part, at its discretion and subject to inspection. Any modification to or alteration of any parts by persons other than Spirit Industries employees voids any and all warranties. Parts must be returned to the Spirit Industries PREPAID. Spirit Industries makes no warranty as to paint finish. Before use, the purchaser shall determine the suitability of the product and shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith. Spirit Industries will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by use or misuse of any product it manufacture or sell.

To order by mail, list part number and description. Print name, address, zip code and daytime phone number. We suggest calling to get an exact price including shipping.(870-425-5900) We ship big items truck freight by freightqoute in the continental USA. Smaller parts will go UPS. Telephone orders are welcome. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover. All chassis and Kit orders require a minimum 50% deposit with balance due prior to shipment. We charge a crating charge on rolling chassis, kits and bodies of $100.

CLAIMS and RETURNS
Claims for damage should be made to the freight carrier. Claims for shortages should be made to Spirit Industries within 15 days of receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days. All returns are subject to a restocking charge.We will not accept products for return that have been painted, installed or altered in any way. All product being returned must be in it's original packaging, All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
MANUFACTURER'S RIGHTS RETAINED
Spirit Industries reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to, or improvements upon, any products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever to install the same or improve upon other previously manufactured products.
PLEASE NOTE
Some products have been painted or are shown in chrome. Unless otherwise specified in the item description, all products are bare steel. We sell rear end housings only. We will leave it complete but there is NO GUARANTEE on the gears, axles and etc.
